The Monday after is quiet.
The work that used to fill your week after a race is either done or gone.
Entries are charged onto your own Stripe account. We don't hold event funds: Stripe takes its card processing fee there, and the platform fee is the one line that comes to AnyRun.
Same engine as checkout. The runner covers the fee by default, and you choose to absorb or split it when you create your organisation. Entry money settles into your own Stripe account as each cart is paid.
Stop stitching five tools together.
Five parts of the console, in the order you meet them: distances, waves, the crew roster, results and the finance page, each drawn from a real console tab.
Structure a multi-day event with confidence: each race has its own distance page, closing day and start time. If capacity is reached the platform opens the waitlist for you, and runners can transfer their entry to someone else when your policy allows it.
Add a wave, set a start time, cap it or leave it uncapped, drag the order. One button fills them fastest predicted finish first, and everyone it places gets told which wave they are in.
Roles, shifts and briefing packs. Filled seats at a glance, from your phone at the start line. Their checks and history carry over from the last race.
The desk runs off a phone. It reads the code on the runner's pass, takes a typed bib when the camera will not, and checks the runner in on one tap. Each check-in is stamped with who made it, and a second tap adds nothing.
Through your integration token a file stages first, so the create, update and skip counts come back before a single row is written. Uploaded into the console by hand, the same file imports in one pass and reports what it added and what it skipped.
Codes take a percentage or a fixed amount, cap at a number of redemptions, carry an expiry, and apply to one distance or to the whole event. The price on the code is the price the cart charges.
Chip file in.
Placings out.
Results publish in one step and the gallery matches photos by bib.
Your timer keeps the workflow they know. The course runs exactly as it did last year, with the entries living here.
Import the file your timer hands you. Bibs are matched to the start list and the gaps are named before anything publishes.
Your finishers each get a time, a placing and photos in their account, waiting under their name.
Results page, club page and the sharing studio go live together, and your exports are ready with them.

Entries, results and finance export in one click, any day you like. The files are yours to keep, and taking them needs nobody's approval.
You choose the rail before a message can go. Service updates reach everyone. Marketing is filtered against consent by the platform, with the unsubscribe footer attached for you.
Sell the inventory, approve the artwork once, and logos land across your event page, results and gallery. Views and click-throughs come back as a report you can hand to their marketing manager.
Victoria and South Australia set out the exact words a recreational-services waiver has to carry. AnyRun reproduces the Victorian Schedule 2 warning and the South Australian Form 1 disclosures word for word, picked by the state your event is held in, and the other six jurisdictions each carry a schedule written for their own law.
The document holds a version and a content hash. Edit the wording and the version moves, and an entry already in flight has to read the new one before its order can complete.
There is no subscription fee with AnyRun. Our simple per-cart fee is published on the pricing page, with a community rate for registered charities, schools and not-for-profits and free routine runs for running clubs. You decide whether to absorb the fee, pass it to runners, or split it.
Your crew’s roles, on one login.
Your crew signs in with the same accounts they race and volunteer with. Create an organisation, invite people, hand out roles, and the console appears in their account. Each person keeps one password and one identity, the one they already race with.
Here is the whole plan.
You do the whole of it yourself, today. A live, sellable event page fits inside one sitting.
Build your event page, distances, waivers and waves. Publishing costs A$0, and a routine run costs A$0 for as long as it runs.
Entries land, we open the waitlist at capacity, and the roster fills from people who already have an account. You watch the fill bar from your phone.
Chip file in, results out. Your gross, fees, refunds and net sit in four numbers, with the export files under them.
Your timer keeps the hardware and the software. AnyRun takes the file they hand you, matches it to the start list, names the gaps, ranks it and publishes.
Photos are found by the number on the bib. The platform does not use face matching.
A team is started or joined with a code, the captain holds the roster and can hand it on, standings publish with the results, and each runner pays for their own entry.
The event you watch happen.
Entries filling, crew rostered, results published and the books reconciled. You get to stand at the finish line and watch it happen.
